Health Talk and Guided Tour on Cancer Support

The Hong Kong Anti Cancer Society (HKACS), in collaboration with CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC) and CUHK Medical Centre Charitable Foundation Limited, successfully held a health seminar on 16th May, 2026. The event attracted over 170 participants who gathered to learn about the latest developments in cancer care. It was made even more meaningful as it coincided with the 5th anniversary of CUHKMC’s commencement of service.

Specialists from CUHKMC, including oncologists, dietitians, pharmacists, and Chinese medicine practitioners, shared insights on cancer treatment, medication management, nutrition, and integrative care. HKACS social workers also introduced a range of support services, including psychosocial and rehabilitation support, offering participants comprehensive guidance for their cancer journey.

Our sincere thanks to Dr. CHUNG Kin-lai, Chief Executive Officer of CUHKMC, for his presence and support. Participants also joined a guided tour of the Oncology Centre, Radiotherapy Centre, and Wellness Centre, gaining a closer understanding of CUHKMC’s advanced facilities and integrated cancer care services.
